Vanessa conducts corrosion investigations with a view to prevention or cure, project management of corrosion and cathodic protection projects within the company and ensuring client liaison and adequate transfer of information occur.

Our Personnel

Our personnel are our key asset and it is the intention of ICP management to ensure that each staff member is afforded every opportunity to reach their maximum potential through their association with the Company.

To this end, on every project, each staff member is provided with maximum exposure to on-the-job training to increase their knowledge and skills. Training is provided both by competent, certificated personnel and by Senior Management who are accredited Industrial Trainers in Corrosion, Coating Inspection and Cathodic Protection. In addition, each staff member is encouraged to attend regular internal and external training courses and obtain accreditation wherever possible.

It is the firm belief of management that increased knowledge ensures optimum service provision to each client while increasing the skills level of all staff members.
